Los Angeles witnessed widespread festivities after the Dodgers won a thrilling seven-match World Series championship. Supporters across the globe joined local residents in celebration, marking the initial time in 25 years that a franchise has secured consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Enormous Crowds
Los Angeles area events included a downtown parade on Monday morning, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.
Social media videos show countless of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many displaying homemade signs and team flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a double-decker bus through the masses, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
